I use this as a topping for my devilish eggs, but it can be used for many other things!

Ingredients For sugar cured/candied bacon

strips of your preferred bacon ( i use maple)

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 pinchcinnamon
How To Make sugar cured/candied bacon

1Set Oven to 375/400 deg. F.

2In small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon.

3Lay parchment paper or wax paper on cookie sheet. Cover both sides of bacon with sugar mixture. Lay Bacon flat on parchment paper.

4Cook bacon in oven for 15/20 min. or until bacon is crispy. Watch closely because sugar will burn!
