Great use for leftover stuffing. Pile these patties with cranberry sauce and turkey for a great sandwich.

Ingredients For stuffing cakes

  • 2 c
    stuffing
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make stuffing cakes

  • 1
    Mix together stuffing and egg.
  • 2
    Shape 1/2 cup into a ball. Then flatten into a patty.

    Heat butter in frying pan. Add patties. Cook on each side about 4 minutes.

    Leftovers can be reheated in oven at 350 for about 10 minutes.
