8 Tbspbutter

4celery tops

20 slicebread

20 slicesalt rising bread

16 ozprepared stuffing mix

2 cchicken stock

2onions, chopped
How To Make stuffing balls

1Boil giblets, butter, and celery tops until done.

2Toast breads, then break toast into small pieces.

3Add prepared stuffing mix to toast.

4Cook chopped onions in stock.

5When tender, add to bread mix.

6If dressing is too dry, add chicken stock for additional moisture.

7Preheat oven to 350.

8Form into serving-size balls and place in buttered baking dish.

9Spoon additional broth over balls.

10Bake 1 hour or until brown.
