My daughter and I love the noodles at our local Chinese food restaurant. This is so close and we can make it so easily at home. We sometimes leave out the pork or switch it out for chicken, steak or shrimp.

Ingredients For stir-fry chow mein noodles

1 pkgchow mein noodles

3/4 lblean, ground pork

3green onions, halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into 1 inch lengths

1onion, cut into thin wedges

2 c(packed) shredded green cabbage

1carrot coarsely shredded

1/4 cstir-fry sauce
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make stir-fry chow mein noodles

1Cook and drain noodles as directed

2Heat wok or large frying pan over high heat

3Add pork; stir fry 3-4 minutes, or until browned

4Add onions; stir fry 1 minute

5Mix in cabbage, carrot, noodles, stir fry sauce and pepper

6Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes, or until all is combined and heated through
