Ingredients For stewed cannellini beans

1 canstewed tomatoes (28 oz)

2 cancannellini beans, drained (15 oz each)

1/2 csugar

4 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspcolatura (optional but recommended)

2 tspground coriander
-
salt and pepper
-
1 cfresh parsley, chopped

olive oil, for drizzling
How To Make stewed cannellini beans

1Add the can of stewed tomatoes to a food processor and process until smooth or as smooth as it can be. Pour into a Dutch oven.

2Add the remaining ingredients except parsley and olive oil.

3Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in the parsley and serve with a little olive oil drizzle.
