This is a very simple recipe and has replaced sweet potatoes at every holiday meal. I've been making it for ten years and its always a hit and disappears! MAKE 2!

Ingredients For squash souffle

1 boxfrozen squash (butternut, winter), defrosted

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 call purpose flour
-
3eggs beaten
-
1/8 cbutter melted (and cooled)

salt & cinnamon to taste

2 cmilk
How To Make squash souffle

1Grease (or Pam) a casserole dish or pie pan. Preheat oven to 350.

2Mix together all ingredients and beat well with a whisk for 1-2 minutes

3Pour into greased (or pammed) casserole. Bake for 50 minutes to one hour until golden and fluffy. (Times vary depending on your oven).
