    small-curd cottage cheese

  • 2 lb
    cloves garlic,peeled and crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • hand full of parsley,chopped
  • 1 lb
    monterey jack cheese
  • 1 c
    coarsley grated parmesan cheese
  • additional grated parmesan cheese for topping

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREESE.

    COOK LASAGANA ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS AND DRAIN,RUN UNDER COLD WATER,DRAIN AGAIN LAY FLAT IN A SINGLE LAYER ON PAPER TOWELS UNTIL NEEDED.W

    DRAIN SPINACH WELL AND SQUEESE JN A FABRIC DISH TOWEL UNTIL ALL MOISTURE IS REMOVED, SER ASIDE.
