Ingredients For sparkling mushrooms

  • 1 lb
    small fresh white mushroms
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    champagne
  • garnish: chopped fresh parsley

How To Make sparkling mushrooms

  • 1
    Cook mushrooms in oil in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly 1-2 minutes. Add rosemary, salt and pepper, cook 1 minute. Stir in champagne. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Garnish if desires. Makes 2 servings.
