My husband hates beans, but adores these. The kids like them too, it is the only type of 'bean' that a pound barely feeds five of us for one meal.

Ingredients For soy and ginger lentils

  • 1 lb
    lentils, dry
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 6 clove
    garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground white pepper

How To Make soy and ginger lentils

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients in Crockpot, and add 5 cups water. Turn pot to high until done.
