1 boxjiffy brand corn muffin mix

1 canchopped chiles (small can--3 or 4 oz)
How To Make southwestern spoon bread

1Preheat oven to 375°F.

2Mix all ingredients, and pour into a 9x9 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

3Bake 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the middle of the spoon bread comes out clean.
