Ingredients For southwestern spoon bread

  • 1 can
    green giant brand mexi-corn or southwestern blend corn
  • 1 can
    creamed corn
  • 1
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream or non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 box
    jiffy brand corn muffin mix
  • 1 can
    chopped chiles (small can--3 or 4 oz)

How To Make southwestern spoon bread

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Mix all ingredients, and pour into a 9x9 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the middle of the spoon bread comes out clean.
