Ingredients For skillet scalloped corn

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    butterich crackers (i like townhouse)
  • 2
    12 oz cans of shoepeg corn with peppers, drained
  • 4 slice
    swiss cheese, torn
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • fresh cracked black pepper
  • salt if needed

How To Make skillet scalloped corn

  • 1
    Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 4 T of cruhed crackers. Stir until brown and sdet aside. In same skillet add remaining ingredients, stirring frequently until cheese melts. Transfer to serving dish top with buttered craccker crumbs and serve.
