A super easy side dish - great when summer corn is in abundance. You can use frozen corn, but it won't taste nearly as good.

2 cfresh corn kernels

2 lgeggs, beaten

1 cwhole milk

2/3 csaltine crackers, crushed (or bread crumbs)

1 Tbsponion, minced

3 Tbspunsalted butter, melted

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 Tbspsugar
How To Make scalloped corn

1Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 2 qt casserole dish.

2Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir until ingredients are well distributed. Spoon into the prepared pan.

3Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
