Ingredients For sauteed burgundy mushrooms

1 Tbspbutter

1 Tbspwhite truffle oil

1 lbmushrooms, whole

1 Tbspfresh basil, minced

2 tspgarlic, minced (i used jarred)

salt and pepper to taste

1 cburgundy wine

1 Tbspsoy sauce, dark
How To Make sauteed burgundy mushrooms

1Heat butter and olive oil in skillet over medium heat.

2Add mushrooms and brown about 10 minutes; add garlic, basil, salt and pepper last few minutes.

3Add wine and soy sauce; reduce heat and simmer until wine has almost evaporated. Remove from heat and serve.
