Ingredients For sauerkraut balls

    27oz can sauerkraut
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 2
    rolls of sausage
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    yellow mustard
  • flour
  • eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • deep fryer

How To Make sauerkraut balls

    Fry and drain sausage. Drain Kraut. Add Kraut, Sausage, cream cheese, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, egg, and mustard together in large bowl! It is easiest to use your hands to mix ingredients! Let cool in fridge for about an hour! pre-heat Deep Fryer to 350!

    Roll mixture into golf ball size balls. Roll First in flour, Second in egg, and Third in bread crumbs! Deep fry until golden brown!
