I've been experimenting with making homemade baked beans for cookouts and such. Well this has got to be the best so far.

Ingredients For rob's baked beans

1 lbpinto beans -- dried

1 bottleguinness stout
-
1 (15 oz) canbeef broth

1 cloveroasted garlic -- minced
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1/2 lbsmoked bacon -- fried and crumbled

1 mdvidalia onion -- diced

1 mdred bell pepper -- diced

1 mdgreen bell pepper -- diced

1 bottlesweet baby ray's bbq sauce

1 (15 oz) cantomato sauce

1/3 cbrown sugar
How To Make rob's baked beans

1Cook your Pinto Beans in Crock Pot with the beer, beef broth, garlic, and chili powder until done and then drain your juices off beans.

2Fry bacon in skillet until done and then crumbled.

3Mix beans, bacon, bbq sauce, tomato sauce, brown sugar, onion, and bell pepper.

4After all is mixed well; then add to casserole pan and bake in oven until all the flavors combine.
