Ingredients For risotto cake

1 cup or more cooked risotto, chilled

0.5 cpeas, boiled

0.25 conions, finely chopped

1 tspgarlic, finely chopped

0.5 tspgreen chiles, finely chopped

1boiled potato

1egg white
How To Make risotto cake

1Shallow fry the onions, garlic and green chillies

2To the chilled risotto, add boiled potatoes and the above mixture. Mash well.

3Flatten it into a patty, coat the patty with egg white.

4Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until a crispy, golden-brown crust forms on the bottom. Flip and do the same the other side. Serve hot.
