Ingredients For reuben slaw keto

1/2half a head of green cabbage

1 lbpastrami or corned beef

12 ozavocado oil mayo

1/2 lbswiss cheese
-
1/2 cdill pickles
-
2 tspbragg apple cider vinegar

1 tspswerve
How To Make reuben slaw keto

1cut 1/2 head of cabbage in half and julienne

2Cut the pastrami into 1/4 inch strips

3Cut the Swiss cheese into roughly 1/4 inch strips

4Dice up the dill pickles
-
5Mix the mayo, Apple cider vinegar, swerve and pickles in a bowl.

6In a large mixing bowl mix the cabbage with the dressing.

7Then add the cheese and pastrami in and mix well.

8Serve either right away or store in the fridge for up to 2 to 3 days.
