How To Make polenta with leeks and creme fraiche

1Melt the butter in a large skillet, Add the leeks and stir to coat. Cover and cook about 10 minutes.

2Add the chicken stock and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and then gradually whisk in the polenta. Reduce the heat and cook until thick and creamy stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese and creme fraiche.

3Season with salt and pepper.
