This a great side for ham or chicken. It is a great brunch recipe. My family loves it. I make it at Christmas.

Ingredients For pineapple stuffing

  • 1
    loaf of cinnamon swirl bread
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 can
    large, crushed pineapple drained

How To Make pineapple stuffing

  • 1
    cream butter and sugar together.
  • 2
    add eggs to creamed mixture one ata time. Beating well after each addition.
  • 3
    add can of crushed pineapple that has been well drained.
  • 4
    cut crust off bread and cut into cubes. fold bread cubes into mixture.

    I pour mine into two loaf pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake at @350 for 1 hour.
