Ingredients For pickled red onions

  • 6 lg
    red onion sliced
  • 2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    water

How To Make pickled red onions

  • 1
    Place the onions in two pint jars. Pack them into there. Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and water together in a saucepan. Cook until sugar and salt have dissolved.

    Pour over the onions and place the tops on the jars. Waterbath for 15 minutes.
