This is my mom's recipe that she has been making for at least 50 years. Finally got her to write it down.

Ingredients For pickled okra

1 qtwater

1 cvinegar

1/4 csalt

1 clovegarlic

1/4 tspalum

1 Tbspdill or large sprig

4-6 ptokra
How To Make pickled okra

1Bring to a boil and pour over okra.

2I use small okra and place dill and garlic in jars pack the jars then pour hot liquid over okra and seal

3You can hot water bath them if you want to be sure that they seal
