Ingredients For pickled mushrooms and onions

1/3 cred wine vinegar

1/3 cvegetable oil

1 mdonion, sliced thin and rings separated

1 tspsalt

2 tspparsley flakes

1 tspprepared mustard
-
2 - 4 Tbspbrown sugar

2 jarmushroom caps, drained (6 oz each)
How To Make pickled mushrooms and onions

1In a sauce pan, combine all ingredients except the mushrooms. Bring to a boil.

2Add mushrooms, reduce to a simmer. Simmer 5-6 minutes.

3Pour into a bowl, let cool 30 minutes or so, then cover and chill overnight.

4Serve chilled or at room temp.
