Ingredients For pickled eggs

1 cbeet juice from canned beets (save beets for later)

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 capple cider vinegar

12hardboiled eggs
How To Make pickled eggs

1Boil eggs in shells. When done run cold water over the eggs and peel.

2Simmer the first 3 ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Pour hot over hardboiled eggs. Refrigerate when cool.

3Beets and slices of onion can also be added
