Ingredients For peanut noodles

1/2 ccreamy peanut butter

3 Tbspsoy sauce

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspginger grated

2 Tbsphoney

2 tspchili garlic sauce

3 Tbsplime juice

3 Tbspwater
- FOR THE NOODLES
-
8 ozpad thai noodles or any rice noodles of choice

1 dashchopped cashews or any nut of choice
-
fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make peanut noodles

1Mix all the sauce ingredients together until well incorporated. Using more or less water to make it a pourable consistency.

2Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add noodles back to pan and stir in peanut sauce. Heat until warmed through

3Garnish with chopped nuts and cilantro
