1Add the chicken stock and butter to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in the couscous cover and remove from heat. Let sit for about 5 minutes.

2Fluff with fork and stir in the cheese. Let the cheese melt and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with more Parm if desired
