Ingredients For parmesan garlic edamame

  • 1 c
    shelled edamame
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make parmesan garlic edamame

  • 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • 2
    In a bowl add the parmesan cheese, garlic powder salt and pepper.
  • 3
    In another bowl place the edamame and drizzle the olive oil over top. Shake to coat the edamame.

    Pour the parmesan mixture over and mix well. Spread the edamame on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
