1 ccelery, sliced fine

1 conion, sliced fine

1/2 cbutter

8 ozoysters with liquid, canned

2 cchicken stock or turkey stock

2eggs, beaten

1 lgloaf stale white bread, cubed

1 tspsalt

1 tsppoultry seasoning

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make oyster dressing/stuffing, grandma w

1Saute celery and onion in butter until soft. Add oysters, stock and eggs. Stir into bread seasoned with salt, seasoning and pepper. Bake at 325 degrees in greased casserole during the last 45 min to 1 hour of turkey's roasting time.
