We recently had Mango Slaw for the first time in St. Augustine. We just loved it! I said, I can make this! So, here it is! My version of Mango Coleslaw. It tastes pretty darn close to what we were served!

Ingredients For my mango coleslaw

  • 14 to 16 oz. bag of coleslaw with green cabbage, carrots, and red cabbage
  • 1 c
    hidden valley ranch coleslaw dressing
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3
    green onions, chopped fine, cut up into the green a bit
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2
    ripe mangos (i used honey mangos) cut into small pieces

How To Make my mango coleslaw

  • Ingredients
    1
    In a small bowl mix coleslaw dressing and the mayonnaise together. Add the green onions, salt and pepper. Mix again.
  • Diced mangos

    Slice and dice the mangos, save a couple of slices for decorating the top. Set aside.
  • Mixing in the mangos

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the bag of coleslaw with the dressing mixture. Mix well. Now add the diced mangos. Mix again.
  • My Mango Coleslaw ready to serve!

    Place in a serving bowl, and arrange the mango slices on the top. Chill for several hours before serving. Delicious! Enjoy!
