This is one of my family's favorite's veggie dishes. Especially my dad's when i still lived at home and he even askes me from time to time if i can make them for him. they are good with a little powdered sugar on them. I know it sounds wiered but it is good.

2 ccorn, canned

2eggs

1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1 tspbaking powder

2 Tbspmilk or cream
How To Make my farm grandma's corn fritters

1Combine all ingredients together in a medium size bowl.

2Heat some butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

3When hot add the corn fritters to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

4Sprinkle with some powdered sugar.

5Note- you may also add a little more flour for a thicker batter.
