8 ozmushrooms sliced

1 mdonion diced

salt and pepper

2 cwater

1 Tbspbetter than bouillon roasted garlic chicken

1/2 tspeach ground thyme and rosemary

1 cinstant barley
How To Make mushroom and barley bake

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Add butter to Dutch oven. Saute the garlic, mushrooms, and onions with salt and pepper until the mushrooms have given up their moisture and onions are softened.

2Mix the water, bouillon, thyme and rosemary together Pour into the dutch oven. Add the barley. Stir then place a lid on the pan and place in the oven. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes

3Fluff with fork to serve.
