This is the best stuffing that I very ate ,We all fight over it, at Thanksgiving or when ever My Mother-In-Law makes it!!the taste is out of world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients For mom's stuffing

2 lblean bacon
-
6 mdrolls from bakery
-
2 bagpeppeidge farm white bread

1/2 bagwhite bread

2 lgonions(chopped small)
-
5 stalkcelery(chopped small)

3 lgeggs
-
1 tsppoultry seasoning
-
2packets powdered chicken boulion
-
water
How To Make mom's stuffing

1Cook bacon in frying pan til done(don't brown) Drain,add onions,celery,cook slowly.til they are soft.

2In bowl put rolls,bread,and water.Get bread soft,Drain water(put in collander)and press ater out of bread.

3In lg bowl,put everything and mix with hands,til totally mixed together.wash turkey thoroughly and towel dry,in the rib cage

4stuff in the rear and pin closed turkey,also in the neck area pin closed

5if just making stuffing,with out the turkey bake in oven at 350 til done
