Ingredients For kathy's cornbread dressing

6 ccornbread, cubed

2-3 cbread cubes

3chicken pieces, cooked and torn in pieces

1 stickbutter

3celery stalks, chopped
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
1 mdbell pepper, chopped

2-3 tspsage, dried
-
1 cancampbell's cream of chicken soup

1 cancampbell's cream of celery soup

2-3 canchicken broth
-
4hard boiled eggs, chopped

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make kathy's cornbread dressing

1In large bowl, combine cornbread, breadcubes, chicken and chopped eggs. Set aside.

2In large pan, saute celery, onion and bell pepper in butter.

3Add sage and soups; mix thoroughly. Pour over cornbread mixture. Mix thoroughly to distribute moisture evenly. Add chicken broth as necessary. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Spread in greased baking dish. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
