Ingredients For mango chutney

  • 2
    mangos (chopped)
  • 1/2
    red onion (chopped)
  • 1
    long english cucumber (chopped)
  • 1/4
    lime or lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    mint or cilantro ( fine chopped)
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp
    red chili powder
  • splash of white wine ( pour yourself a glass)

How To Make mango chutney

  • 1
    add all together and set in fridge till cold. serve as side or with chicken.
