This was my mother's recipe and I have been making this for a very long time. It is a big hit, with family and friends. I have made it for brunches, Hannukkah, and a few other jewish holidays. Hope you like it also.

Ingredients For lukshen kugel (noodle pudding)

1 lbnoodles, cooked

1/2 cmelted butter (marg)

3/4 csugar

1/2 lbcottage cheese

1/2 lbcream cheese

4eggs
-
1 csour cream
-
1/2 tspvanilla
-
1/2 tspcinnamon (i may add a little more, i like it sweet)

1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
2 Tbspbutter
How To Make lukshen kugel (noodle pudding)

1Boil noodles until tender,drain noodles then add the 1st nine ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 13x9 pan

2Mix the last 3 ingredients into a small bowl until well blended. Sprinkle on top of batter.

3Bake at 350 degree oven for about 1 hr.
