Ingredients For loaded cauliflower

  • 2 md
    cauliflower
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 bunch
    green onion
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    bacon bits
  • salt and pepper
  • Optional
    hot sauce

How To Make loaded cauliflower

  • 1
    Steam cauliflower and pour into a serving dish.
  • 2
    Add sour cream and 2/3 of each of the remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined. Salt and pepper to taste

    Top with remaining ingredients and serve hot.
