Weve all hit that "trying to eat better" phase. If you're like me, you simply CANT cut out all those delicious foods! So I've came up with a lower fat option for a classic!

Ingredients For lightened up coleslaw

  • 1/2 c
    lite mayo
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 bag
    cole slaw mix

How To Make lightened up coleslaw

  • 1
    Combine all wet ingredients in a large bowl
  • 2
    Stir in Cole slaw mix. Make sure it is thoroughly coated
  • 3
    Place lid or plastic wrap on bowl and refrigerated atleast an hour!
