Ingredients For kishka

1/2 cup colive oil, light

2stalks celery
-
2good size carrots
-
1onion
-
1 1/2 cmatzo meal or flour

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 tsppaprika
How To Make kishka

1Grind the celery, carrots, and onion in a food processor. Then mix in the flour, oil, and spices and mix very well.

2Lay out a large sheet of aluminum foil on the table and grease with oil. Shape the kishka dough into a rolled form (or several smaller ones) and twist and seal the foil around it.

3The kishka can be frozen until placed into oven and baked at 350°F for about 1-1/2 hours.

4You can eat directly from oven or slice and brown sides in frying pan, serve with gravy (any type)
