How To Make keto tzatziki dip

1Halve the half of the cucumber and scoop out the centre with a spoon, place in a bowl. Add the Yoghurt, Cumin, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, mix well to combine.

2Place the cucumber halves on the bench, skin side up, and using a peeling create ribbons. Add the ribbons to the centre of the dip and serve along side some Keto friendly snacks.
