Ingredients For jiffy corn pudding

  • 1 box
    jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 can
    cream style corn
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 stick
    butter

How To Make jiffy corn pudding

    Melt butter in mixing bowl.
  • 2
    Add both cans of corn, and sour cream. Mix well.

    Add Jiffy mix and mix well.

    Bake 9in 8x8 pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
