200 gnoodles
-
2 mdbell peppers
-
1 mdonion
-
1 mdcapsicum
-
1 mdcarrot
-
1 smcabbage

1 Tbspchopped garlic

1 Tbspchopped ginger

1/3 tsppepper powder
-
1/3 tspsalt
-
1 tspsoya sauce
-
2 tspcooking oil

1/3 cgreen scallions
How To Make hakka noodles veg

1Heat enough water in a pan with one teaspoon oil and small pinch of salt.

2Add the noodles and boil till 90% done. Drain and wash for 2 to 3 times to remove any excess starch from the noodles.

3Spread them in a wide open utensil or working table to absorb any moisture.

4Cut carrot, bell peppers and capsicum into julienne. Finely shredded the cabbage and slice the onion.

5Heat oil and fry the chopped garlic and ginger till light brown. Add onion, carrot, capsicum, bell peppers and cabbage one of one.

6Stir them for one to two minutes. Don't overcook them. Keep them crunchy.

7Add the boiled noodles and mix well with the vegetables. Add salt, pepper and soya sauce.

8Mix everything nicely. Top them with green scallions and serve.
