Ingredients For grilled corn w/tahini paste

4ears corn on the cob, husked and corn silk removed

1 Tbspoil (olive, coconut, grape seed, etc.)

2 Tbspfresh cilantro, minced (fresh only!)
- PASTE:

1 Tbspwhite miso or garbanzo bean miso

1 Tbsptahini
-
1-2 Tbsplemon juice, to taste

pinchsalt
-
pinchcracked black pepper ( which i added)
How To Make grilled corn w/tahini paste

1Whisk together the paste and set aside.

2Lightly steam the corn on the cob. I use a steamer basket in a large pan. Place cobs in the the steamer basket. Cover pan and bring to boil. Once water has come to the boil, turn off the burner, set the pot aside and keep covered.

3Use a pastry brush and lightly oil the corn cobs. Grill corn until brown, crispy or blackened to your preference.

4Serve the prepared corn with the wet paste mixture. Sprinkle with the minced fresh cilantro.
