Ingredients For grilled breadsticks

  • 1/3 c
    olive oil
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 2
    sourdough sandwich rolls (each 6 inches long)

How To Make grilled breadsticks

    Combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.

    Cut sourdough sandwich rolls lengthwise into quarters.

    Brush bread equally with seasoned oil.

    Lay wedges on a grill and lightly toast on all sides, 2 to 3 minutes total.
