Ingredients For giblet gravy

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 - cups chicken broth

finely chopped gizzards and liver

1 chopped hard boiled egg
How To Make giblet gravy

1Melt butter in saucepan

2Add flour and salt - Blend well
-
3Add Chicken Broth, Gizzards and Liver

4Add Chopped Boiled Egg

5Cook until thickened - stirring constantly
