Ingredients For giblet gravy

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 - cups chicken broth
  • finely chopped gizzards and liver
  • 1 chopped hard boiled egg

How To Make giblet gravy

  • 1
    Melt butter in saucepan
  • 2
    Add flour and salt - Blend well
  • 3
    Add Chicken Broth, Gizzards and Liver
  • 4
    Add Chopped Boiled Egg
  • 5
    Cook until thickened - stirring constantly
