    sliced portobelo mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic, sliced thinly
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper

How To Make garlicky portobelo mushrooms

    Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until browned on one side.

    Turn and add the garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes.

    Add the parsley and cover the pan. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
