4 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

4 clovegarlic, sliced thinly

2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped

sea salt and freshly ground pepper
How To Make garlicky portobelo mushrooms

1Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until browned on one side.

2Turn and add the garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes.

3Add the parsley and cover the pan. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
