How To Make french fried dandelion blossoms

1Clean and soak dandelion blossoms in salt water for 30 minutes.

2Then dip in beaten egg

3.Then in a mixture of flour and corn meal.

4Brown on both sides in hot grease or lard. Delicious. Half ripe tomatoes are good this way, too.
