How To Make foolproof batter for deep fried vegetables

1Frying temperature 350°.

2Mix flour and beer together in a covered container. refrigerate for 3-4 hours before using.

3Dip vegetables in batter. Deep fry in soybean oil.

4This coating can be used for coating any deep-fried vegetable like mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potato slices, or onion rings. Drain on paper towels or brown paper bags.

5Serve piping hot.
