Ingredients For deviled (or dressed) eggs

8eggs, hard boiled

3 Tbspmustard
-
2 Tbspmayonnaise

salt and pepper (to taste)

omelette seasoning
How To Make deviled (or dressed) eggs

1Hard boil eggs for 20 - 25 minutes. Allow to cool.

2Peel shells off of eggs, and slice each egg in half.

3Remove yokes from each half. Place each half on egg tray or plate.

4In small bowl, use fork to chop up egg yokes. Add mustard, mayo, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth or desired consistency.

5Spoon egg mixture into each half, and top with omelette seasoning or parsley flakes.

6Refrigerate for several hours until chilled.
