Ingredients For deviled (or dressed) eggs

  • 8
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 3 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • omelette seasoning

How To Make deviled (or dressed) eggs

    Hard boil eggs for 20 - 25 minutes. Allow to cool.

    Peel shells off of eggs, and slice each egg in half.
  • 3
    Remove yokes from each half. Place each half on egg tray or plate.
  • 4
    In small bowl, use fork to chop up egg yokes. Add mustard, mayo, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth or desired consistency.

    Spoon egg mixture into each half, and top with omelette seasoning or parsley flakes.

    Refrigerate for several hours until chilled.
