Ingredients For curried deviled eggs

6hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cooled

1/4 cmayonnaise
-
1 Tbspstone-ground mustard, or to taste

1 tspcurry powder

1 tspdried parsley flakes
-
1 Tbspsweet pickle relish

1/4 tspblack pepper
-
paprika for garnish (optional)
How To Make curried deviled eggs

1Halve the eggs lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl; mash the yolks with a fork (or pulse in food processor).

2Stir the mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder, parsley, pickle relish, and pepper into the egg yolks until combined; spoon or pipe into the egg white halves.

3Garnish with paprika; chill before serving.
