Ingredients For crunchy oven carrots

  • 1 pkg
    carrots, cut in strips
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/3 c
    boiling water

How To Make crunchy oven carrots

  • 1
    Combine ingredients in a covered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
