Ingredients For creamy cheesy polenta

  • 3 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 c
    polenta
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    fresh shredded parmigiano reggiano cheese parmesan
  • salt an pepper to taste

How To Make creamy cheesy polenta

  • 1
    Bring chicken stock to a boil. Add the polenta and reduce heat to low. Let cook 15 minutes. Add the heavy cream and cheese. Let cook another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
